What marketing solutions did you use for yourself and your clients before implementing Hatchbuck? 

As 2 The Top Marketing, Inc. grew we were looking for better solutions to provide our clients with understandable data that could easily show the value of our marketing efforts.

We were sold on the HubSpot model of content marketing but were quickly inundated with hours and hours of training/sales videos and bogged down by a cumbersome platform that was very time consuming to load a new campaign on. The HubSpot system was not intuitive for our clients to use and as web designer and marketer it was far easier to accomplish many of the marketing tasks outside of HubSpot than using their platform. Although HubSpot had a lot to offer it wasn’t the solution we were looking for or the right fit for our clients. The yearly contract for HubSpot was very expensive and we felt that there were far better ways to distribute our clients’ marketing dollars that would return a higher reward.

Hatchbuck offered a platform that was far more intuitive to use, provided easy to understand data that clients could quickly comprehend and better fit the needs of our clients.

 

How did Hatchbuck help you better meet your needs?

As with most marketing agencies, time is the biggest factor that affects our bottom-line. Our goal is to provide the best marketing solution possible at a competitive price. The more efficient a CRM platform is, the less time we spend with the campaign setup and data analysis. Our time is better spent managing content, creating search traffic and producing digital marketing campaigns than fighting to load a new campaign on a complex and awkward system. Efficiency is the key to our success. With Hatchbuck we have been able to reduce our campaign setup time, significantly saving us money while allowing campaigns to start much faster.

 

What are some measurable wins you’ve seen for 2 The Top Marketing since implementing Hatchbuck?

Hatchbuck is a win for us because it has expanded our services portfolio. Now that we offer the Hatchbuck platform as a long-term migration path for a business as they grow, it has opened doors to acquiring new clients.  Importantly, when our clients are ready for the next step, we are ready for them! Hatchbuck has also allowed us to further our email marketing capabilities. By tagging leads in multiple targeted categories we have been able to provide email content designed specifically to each consumer audience, even when they overlap into multiple areas. This more detailed approach to marketing has significantly increased our open rate, site visits, and contacts.
