Inbru Coffee Flavors are made from Natural California Rice Hulls, the tough parchment surrounding and protecting each grain of rice as it grows and develops. When hulls are removed from rice during milling, the product is familiar pure brown rice. The hulls, however, are generally discarded. Rice hulls are an excellent natural flavor carrier. In fact, rice hulls are often used by home beer brewers as a filter medium because the material is absolutely taste-neutral, natural, and will not dissolve when exposed to high temperatures, moisture and pressure.

What makes Inbru unique is that it’s added, along with coffee, at the point of brew. Inbru allows the drinker to use ANY coffee they prefer and flavor it the way they like it – without adding fat, calories, carbs or chemicals.
What was your greatest business or sales & marketing challenge(s) before using Hatchbuck?
Our biggest challenge, before Hatchbuck, was developing an email marketing plan for current and prospective customers. We also had no way to organize our contacts or collect contact information on our website.
What solutions/tactics did you try before you started using Hatchbuck? What were the results?
There really was no method to our madness, and the results reflected that!

Hatchbuck has allowed us to capture new contacts and reach out to both current, and potential, customers. We can now focus our messages to get maximum results with much less effort, and we are beginning to build campaigns that are tailored to a customer’s specific interests.

With Hatchbuck, results are at our fingertips. Within minutes of sending an email, we have access to all the information we need. We finally have a way to measure whether our communications are reaching the people we want to reach, and if those communications are directly impacting sales. It was so exciting to track click – through rates and conversions after sending our very first email!
