What was your greatest business or sales & marketing challenge(s) before using Hatchbuck?

We struggled defining our ideal market and understanding the correct segments that would become my best customers.

What solutions/tactics did you try before you started using Hatchbuck? What were the results?

I was using an email marketing newsletter software with little to no results. We had very little support – actually almost NO support, which is important to me as a small business… so I cancelled. Lindsey and the team at Hatchbuck have been tremendous in helping me get up and running fast and are extremely patient & knowledgeable.

How has Hatchbuck specifically addressed your challenges?

As you can imagine I am always away from my business in speaking engagements and leading people. Frankly, it can be a challenge to stay connected and in front of my clients. Hatchbuck has been vital for reconnecting with my large client base and enables me to stay connected ongoing by sending more personalized communications, all automatically.

How quickly did you start seeing results?

It was fast.  Within 1 week of my 1st automated campaign… several clients were calling happy to hear from me.  I have already closed 3 contracts from just the 1st campaign, and have more on the way.

Hatchbuck is easy of use and I can ‘turn it on and let it go’…If I do have a question, I love that I can reach out to Lindsey and she will always be there to help.
