Tell the world about your company:

St. Louis Green empowers others to learn about and implement sustainable lifestyles. We accomplish this through programs that educate, support, and empower citizens and businesses of the St. Louis area to make changes in their daily living toward a greener, more sustainable world.

What was your greatest business or sales & marketing challenge(s) before using Hatchbuck?

As a non-profit, our greatest problem was getting the word out. We had so many great ways to allow companies and the greater community to get involved and I felt like we were missing a huge opportunity because we didn’t have the right sales and marketing tools in place.

What solutions/tactics did you try before you started using Hatchbuck? What were the results?

Before Hatchbuck we were using Salesforce and a host of other tools to try and communicate with our target audience, everything was scattered and disorganized. It was hard to remember who I talked to last and who I needed to follow up with when we had something new to communicate to them. Also, we had no way to specifically target the interests of each contact in our database. So everyone was getting the same thing and we weren’t getting great responses to our marketing efforts.

How has Hatchbuck specifically addressed your challenges?

Using Hatchbuck has been a lifesaver. It has really helped us to centralize everything into one place and enabled us to increase our awareness and stay out in front of people. We are now able to segment our database and communicate with each and everyone on a more personal level with the right message at the right time.

What made you decide on Hatchbuck?

There are so many solutions out there, evaluating and implementing new solutions can be really time consuming. The Hatchbuck team just made the entire process easy for us. We went with Hatchbuck because of the ease of use of the system, the affordability and knowing we had a team that was willing to help us when we needed it.

What features to you LOVE most about Hatchbuck?

It’s definitely the simplicity of the entire system. It is so easy to manage our contacts using the crm functionality and automatically follow up with prospects and customers.

What results have you experienced using Hatchbuck?

What is the single biggest reason you would recommend Hatchbuck?

That’s an easy one. It has to be the team at Hatchbuck. Jamie, our Sales Consultant was patient and passionate about understanding our business. Nicci, is our Customer Success Manager and she has been amazing! Anytime I need anything I know that Jamie and Nicci will take care of me.
